ScriptEase! automatically shrinks and nicely formats court and deposition transcripts delivered as ASCII text from court reporters.  Transcripts printed in duplex come in at approximately one twelfth their original size.  It is a WordBasic program that can be a part of each secretary's or legal assistant's Word 6.0 set up, making transcript jobs very simple.  An indexer function will soon be available as an add-on.

To run, open SCRIPTEZ.DOT from within Word v6.0
